The Process
The first step is to have a discussion about Steps 1-3 in the Productive Environment Process™:

We will use the Productive Environment Scorecard™ as a benchmark so we can measure your progress.
The Payoff
We will use the information gathered from our discussion to prepare a written Productive Environment GamePlan™ which will address Steps 4-5 in the Productive Environment Process™:

The Productive Environment GamePlan™ will outline step-by-step actions recommended to reach your established goals and vision.
