About Barbara Hemphill
Barbara Hemphill, CPO® has been referred to by the media as “America’s Favorite Organizer.”
She is the author of several books, including Kiplinger’s bestselling “Taming the Paper Tiger” book series– Taming the Paper Tiger at Home and Taming the Paper Tiger at Work.
The software series she helped launch in 1995, Taming the Paper Tiger, was one of the world’s leading organizational software titles – guaranteed to find anything in your office in five seconds.
Her latest, and most exciting project to date is the recent launch of iPEP (iProductive Environment Platform),
which takes Barbara’s paper tiger methodology to the web. With iPEP,
clients can find information in their physical filing cabinets, and
their electronic documents, in one place. Finally–a place for
everything, that can be accessed from any internet connection–including a special mobile edition for
Barbara’s business grew out of the lessons she learned growing up on a farm in Nebraska. Her formal training was in music and education.
